I recently read an article written by Tammy where she points out that according to a survey conducted Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council jewelry sales were a tad bit down in 2006.  I think 2007 sales will be awesome for handcrafted jewelry lines like the one offered by FoxyJewelry.com at low prices, for very high quality jewelry.  Tell me what you think.
